Today we visited Ms. Aldridge class and went through the mouse code and go activity that we set up. We aimed the activity to challenge cooperation skills with others while also challenging them mentally to get through the activity. We had the students set up mazes in groups, test them, and then work to solve other groups mazes. The kids would sometimes find themselves getting frustrated either with the activity or with their group mates. Though, they would learn to help each other and cooperate more effectively showing that the activity would prove to be beneficial in opening the door to cooperation and problem solving skills. The class was great in participation as well as their manners and we plan on attending Ms. Aldridges class again. We're thankful for Ms. Aldridge for allowing us to come into her class, Ms. Arnold connecting us with teachers, and Mr. Theobald for letting us come into his school.
